"Checkout was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
I tried placing an order, but the payment step kept glitching out on me. After entering my card info, I kept getting errors, and then I couldn’t tell if I’d been charged or not. The whole checkout process felt buggy and frustrating, so after a few attempts I just gave up. Personally, I don’t think it’s worth the hassle until they get that fixed...

"Fresh liquids, overall happy"
I ordered a few liquids they came across really fresh. Nothing had that stale, old-stock vibe, which I always notice right away. The flavors were clean, the bottles looked good, and overall it felt like a solid order. Shipping was a little slower than I would’ve liked, so I’d call it a 4-star experience, but I’m still happy with it

I was about to place an order, but the shipping cost ended up being way higher than I expected haha. It kind of made the whole thing not feel worth it for me, so I decided not to go through with it.

I was trying to check the ingredient info before buying, but it felt like it was hidden or just not clearly listed anywhere?? Maybe I missed it, but either way it was frustrating. I don’t think I’d buy this again.

My box showed up all crushed and the bottles were just kinda rolling around inside with barely any padding. One of the caps felt sticky and the label was all messed up too. Nothing fully leaked thankfully, but it just felt rushed and kinda cheap. I expected better packaging for liquids.

I ordered my usual 6mg, and umm, it felt mostly okay, just a little lighter than what I’m used to from other places. It wasn’t bad or anything, just didn’t feel quite as exact as I expected.

I used the same device and coil as usual, so I don’t think that was the issue. It was still totally usable and not harsh, but I’d definitely prefer the strength to feel a bit more consistent...

The flavors tasted weak to me. I was expecting something a little more noticeable, but it just felt watered down. I’d consider reaching out about it, but I usually don’t have much faith in customer service actually doing anything helpful.

"Kinda pricey for what it is"

I went through a couple of bottles to give it a fair shot, but the vapor just wasn’t there for me. I used the same setup that works fine with other liquids, so I don’t think it was my device. The flavor was decent enough, but I mainly bought it expecting bigger clouds, and on that front it felt thin and disappointing.

"Almost Perfect, But That Wrong Flavor Hurt My Soul"
I ordered from TBD Liquids and, most of it was totally fine. Shipping was decent and almost everything showed up exactly like it was supposed to. But one item was the wrong flavor, and I swear my excitement crashed through the floor when I saw it. It’s not the end of the world or anything, but it was definitely annoying because I was really looking forward to that one. Overall, the order was mostly right, just with one frustrating little surprise...

I ordered last week and had a question about my delivery, but it took support about 3 days to get back to me. When they finally replied, the answer was vague and didn’t really clear things up. I also never got any follow-up after that, which was frustrating. The product itself was fine, but the customer support definitely needs to be quicker and more helpful.

I had a problem with my order trying to get it sorted was frustrating. The replies took a while and didn’t really answer what I was asking, so it felt like I was just going in circles, haha. In the end, nothing was properly fixed, which was disappointing. Not really the kind of service I was expecting, so I probably won’t order again.

I found the website really frustrating to use. I just wanted to find what I needed quickly, but I kept clicking around and getting nowhere. Checkout was even more annoying for me — it felt like there was always another step or issue popping up when I just wanted to finish my order

"My gut said the flavor options weren’t for me"
I was really hoping there would be more flavors to choose from, but once I looked through everything, it just felt limited. Most of the options seemed like the same basic flavors you see everywhere, and nothing really jumped out as unique or exciting. I usually trust my instinct with stuff like this, and my gut was telling me I probably wouldn’t find anything I’d actually enjoy. If you’re into simple flavors, it might be totally fine, but for me it was kind of boring

"Shipping dragged on way too long"
I ordered from tbdliquids.com and the product itself was fine, no real complaints there. But the shipping took way longer than I expected, and there weren’t many updates, so I kept having to check the tracking over and over like it was my job to figure out what was going on. It kind of had that feeling where they made it my problem instead of keeping me in the loop. Not the worst purchase, but the delivery experience was frustrating.
